Subject: I was there - really
possibly the best musical performance I've ever attended. All four musicians just on fire from go and playing literally all night long. I remember thinking the room looked different at one point and it was the skylights in the roof having gone from black to light with the coming dawn. This performance set the bar as to what High Sierra late night could be.

Subject: tape
Man I've had a 3rd generation tape of this since 8/2000. Would somebody who knows how please put up some MP3s of this show? It is a smoker!!!!

Subject: Amazing Show
This show is a mindblower. And this recording is so crisp it sounds like a soundboard. The P.O.N.R. opener is long and sweet, building slowly in intensity to a smoking climax. Highly recommended.

This show enters some very different territory- it gets very bluesy at times. Pete Sears comes through very well and the whole band is on fire.

Get this show.

Subject: HUGE !
A historic performance for SKB, this show in many ways put SKB on the map. It SLAMMED opened the doors of perception for everyone in attendance and raised the bar for SKB in the eyes of promoters around the country.

Very heady :)
